These days, going to the gym is more than exercising! From the perfectly cute workout outfit to a gym bag packed with beauty essentials — these are all part of our gym routine. If you’re hitting the gym a little harder now thanks to spring training (it’s right round the corner), you might need a refresher on what you need to pack in your gym bag. These beauty products are #DF must-haves.

Your face will glow and nobody will ever know you just left the gym. I use this in the morning and before bed and it’s always in my gym bag for after workouts. I felt a difference after only one use! Curel ultra healing body lotion. What’s better than before and after hitting the treadmill (my fave thing to do at the gym) than moisturizing your skin and nobody does it better than Curel. After a good workout your skin is often feeling very dry and this product repairs dry and irritated skin leaving it feeling soft & restored. A perfect product for your gym bag!

Philip B Mega-Curl Enhancer. Sometimes we don’t have a lot of time to restyle our hair after our workout. I have always been a fan of the scrunch and go and this curl enhancer is perfection. Just rub a little bit into your hair play around and scrunch. It creates gorgeous beachy waves! This is a sassy look when you are pressed for time and you will look effortlessly amazing.

John Frieda Shine Shaper Hot Air Brush. This brush makes drying and styling your hair so easy and leaves your hair feeling like silk and oh, so shiny. It’s an all in one dryer, brush & curler. This styler dries, shapes and volumizes your hair. It works better than any volumzing product I have ever used. With this in your gym bag you can ditch the pony tail and leave the gym looking like you left the salon — it’s a must have.

Soap & Glory Sexy Mother Pucker. After my workout I usually have errands to run, so while I can’t do a whole makeup routine at the gym, pretty lips work. This lip gloss plumps and shines perfectly. I especially love the tingling when first applied (let’s me knows it’s working) — I’m in love!

Rimmel London Lash Accelerator Mascara. I like this mascara because it gives you long lashes! It actually thickens and makes your lashes grow. I have been using it for two weeks now and I’m seeing a big difference. You must try this. If amazing lashes are your goal this is for you.

KORRES Greek Yoghurt Advanced Nourishing Sleeping Facial. Technically this product doesn’t need to be in your gym bag, but I had to add it –because applied nightly you will get healthier skin which will show while you’re at the gym.  Very soothing and love that the ingredients are of high quality. This moisturizes all night and stays put.
