During the Beauty Panel, hosted by the amazing Donna Alfano of Neiman Marcus with an introduction with Nancy, we spoke to beauty experts from Clé de Peau Beauté, where we learned about their new foundation and concealer. The Foundation is medium-coverage that blurs imperfections leaving skin perfectly even-toned, luminous and supple. Replenishes moisture all day long and minimizes imperfections attributed to visible signs of aging for more beautiful, youthful-looking skin. The Concealer is a 15 time InStyle Best Beauty Award Winner now formulated with SPF to provide sun protection throughout the day. It was really interesting to learn more about this line and the packaging is gorgeous.
Next up, we learned about the Creed fragrances at Neiman Marcus. Their Aventus cologne, is a great gift and signature scent for the man in your life. If you’re looking for a wonderful gift for him, look no further. It was also interesting to learn about the history of the brand. With Top Notes of Bergamot, blackcurrant leaves, apple, pineapple this is a special scent for sure.
I am really into night-time skin masks. Anytime, one can relax and recharge is a good thing. Everyone is raving about the Kiehl’s Ginger Leaf & Hibiscus Firming Mask. I had the opportunity to test the mask in store on my hands and my hands looked younger and more vibrant and so smooth. I can only imagine what this can do to my face. This gets 5 star ratings, I need this ASAP.
When it comes to getting bronze for spring. I know I’m not alone when I say, bring spring on! Tom Ford who makes my favorite lipstick formula, has some incredible bronzers so we can look like a golden goddess, yes please! We learned how to perfect our bronzer application by using the “3” method on the side of our face. His eye, blush and highlight palettes are also so beautiful. This palette is a fabulous way to look good on-the-go and on those seasonal get-aways! My favorite is the Soleil Eye and Cheek Palette.
