I want to start this event wrap-up article by thanking each and every person that came to The Shops at Riverside, A Simon Mall in Hackensack, NJ. Growing up as a child I would frequent this mall and it’s always a real treat as an adult, magazine Features Editor, host and stylist to come back and share a part of what I have learned with the crowd. Guests were also treated to the latest copy of Bella NYC Magazine.
The Shops at Riverside is most definitely a shoppers paradise, from Cole Haan, Ann Taylor, Tory Burch, Brooks Brothers, L.K. Bennett, Francesca’s Collection and so much more — there is something for everyone at this mall right outside of Manhattan. We decided to celebrate Girl’s Night Out featuring the must-have trends of the season, flattering silhouettes and wardrobe items that just make you feel good (isn’t that what it’s all about). Here are some of the highlights:
Great Accessories and a “Style Closet” in the mall including gorgeous leather goods from Cole Haan are a great way to add a personal touch to your look.
Trend One – Tapestry, Mixed prints, Luxe fabrics:
We begun the night with all of the models wearing gorgeous Tory Burch pieces. These looks were rich in print, metallic details and very chic.
Trend Two – Statement Dressing from Ann Taylor
