Recently, I had the opportunity to leave the stresses of New York City behind and visit the Wyndham Orlando Resort International Drive the Official Hotel of I-Drive 360 for an enjoyable Florida vacation. We really enjoy traveling to Orlando because there are so many wonderful things to experience!
We pulled up their beautifully decorated entrance and were immediately greeted by the friendly hotel staff. Check in was a breeze and we decided upon a poolside view room with a patio. Enjoying cocktails outside your room and just taking in the view is enjoyable, so this option was great! The room was decorated in a modern and chic way. The bathroom was spotless and well lit (a girl needs to be able to beautify herself while away) and the overall layout of the room (which can be seen below) was really nice!
The pool area at the Wyndham IDrive is gorgeous and while we enjoyed many mornings (such as poolside breakfast at Gatorville), we also liked taking in those glorious Orlando sunsets. Location, location, location — this hotel is convenient to everything, yet tucked away… so it’s quiet. Close to The Florida Mall and within walking distance of so many fabulous things to do! We had Giordano’s Pizza for the first time, it was so good! Then another day, we walked to the Orlando Eye on IDrive and went to the Sea Life Aquarium and Sugar Factory for lunch. The hotel is very close to Universal Studios and not far from Walt Disney World.
We highly recommend this hotel for couples, families with kids and also for those looking for a solid business conference location, they also offer those facilities. We met some friendly people at the pool and everyone was in a good mood, because this hotel is really nice! Enjoyment level is the true factor and ours was tops!
